Fast and speedy service

No point in reviewing the oil filter, but Brown Aircraft Supply took my order and quickly shipped them to me with no problems at all. I received several emails during the process informing me at every step about what was happening (order was received and picked, order was shipped, here's your tracking number etc.) I'd say their service was outstanding!

I ordered a pair of filters when everyone else did not have them. Brown not only had it but shipped it right away. They are a great company and while my order was not so big that it matters it was really nice to have such excellent customer service. I will be back.
